Your private off leash area can be rented for 50 minute time slots allowing for

ten minutes to enter and exit the park.

As a client of Unleashed Acres, I understand and agree to adhere to the following:

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily booking an experience at an outdoor park space. I freely accept and fully assume all risks, dangers, and hazards associated with all activities which may include, but are not limited to: slips, trips, falls, exposure to inclement weather, walking on uneven terrain and walking through forested trials for me and my dog(s).
Clients agree TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASES from any and all liability for any property damage, loss or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation in Unleashed Acres.
I understand that Unleashed Acres fenced Dog Park areas are for RESERVED guests only. I will not enter any other park area than my reserved Park during my allotted reservation time.
Our party will enter the reserved park during our booked time only, and depart on or before our booking expiration.
We will enter our reserved park in our vehicle, and close the gate and secure with chains before releasing our dogs to play.
If another party has not yet vacated the park, or there is a maintenance sign at the gate, we will wait in our vehicle until they have departed before entering ourselves. Report any issues in late departures with Unleashed Acres via email.
I will park in designated waiting areas and remain in my vehicle while I wait to use my reserved park space.
I will not interact with other guests’ dogs, understanding that many using the service do so because they have an anxious or reactive dog that prefers its alone play time.
I understand that cameras are installed to record the safe entry and exit of our guests
I will clean up after up after my dog, using a bag and placing it in the garbage receptacles provided throughout the park.

VIOLATORS WILL BE SUSPENDED. REPEAT VIOLATORS WILL BE BANNED.

Cancelation Policy

We are excited to let you know that we open regardless of the weather conditions, so you can enjoy your visit rain or shine. If you find that you need to cancel your plans, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that if you do not provide this notice, you will unfortunately lose your payment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we truly look forward to welcoming you soon!
